The utg and utg+1 are players that are played about 700 - 1k MTTs on stars with 10-20 avg buy in and the utg+1 have 20 13 14.3 on 15 hands, utd 16 13 6.5 on 105 hands... What are the corect posible plays in this scenario?

Why is this a tough spot?

GG gotta win your flips bro. Sucks he didn't have JJ there

    7/22 before this hand..

Sucks but if you had won you'd have a massive stack to make top 3...if you want low variance you could call 495,000 and check/jam non AK flops which is also ok with shallow structure of SM

flat 3b and c/f unless u dont hit a set.

If it's a soft table and you think you're good, fold pf unless 3b guy is really spazzy. If MP2 has nitty 3b stats or peels sometimes it's a pretty easy fold. If you had maybe 2M chips or less I'd probably sigh/get it in though.

Flame away but vs the avg player this is JJ+ AKo+ way too often, he may fold JJ to a shove which sucks, and readless we have to assume he's calling AKo, which sucks, and your stack is too big to punt off with a hand that is slightly behind his current range and way behind his calloff range, that's an ICM disaster.

QQ is very hard to play with 25bb.

Poker is dead, I must suck because I have a hard time folding TT with 25BB let alone QQ.

Maybe I should construct a range of

    AA<40BB
    KK<25BB
Anything more than 15BB fold everything else including QQ.

I guess the new AI stak size for QQ must be 10-15BB since these guys know to 3-bet fold here

Now that I think of it, calling 3Bet is horrible as V1 has a VPIP of 20 so almost certainly peels considering the pot odds

As everybody else has said this isn't a tough spot. QQ with 25BB is going all in no matter what. Get it all in and hope.

I think it's a big mistake to always play a certain way regardless of the spot. First off there's ICM and the fact that hero is very deep in a major tournament. Then there's the fact that villain has him covered and just 3b in a spot where he should never be on the bottom of his range given the spot and the stacks behind.

By 4b shoving you're laying a very big price that MP1 and MP2 aren't bladed, so while this would be a trivial shove with QQ and 15 BB most of the time it would be actually really close with 25BB assuming you get called by QQ+ and AK.

I don't understand what we did wrong? We went in as a 57% favourite with butt loads of dead money in there. I must be bad to not think twice since you all factor in so many things.
