You are almost getting set mining odds, considering how often he is stacking off. Also, you occasionally flop better than this with draws. Fold pre might be better though.
I just don't see how we are going to be able to get to showdown very often. If he is bluffing, he isn't going to just fire once. Also, I don't expect he will always follow standard cbet sizing. It just seems like throwing away chips to call a 2/3 pot cbet.
