Ok so I know this belongs in the MS MTT but i only got 2 responses and they were opposite choices so i apologize in advance if its a huge problem but just looking to get some sort of solid input.

Reads: both were probably late 20s. utg1 was a boy and btn a girl. utg1 had shipped a couple times in the previous 15-20 hands or so, both times showing an ace. The btn played a hand 6 handed where she opened button and bb jams says "i have a big hand" she responds w "so do I" and she folds 1010. So there is that.

So we are on the FT bubble of this 240$ 25k gtd (turned out to be closer to 40k) blinds are 8k/16k with a 2k ante and we are playing 5 handed. We have 7.5bb and we are in the bb. utg folds, utg1 goes all in for 70k, the btn who has a decent stack, close to 300 if not more, re ships. We look down at 77. Snap it off or Fold? Thoughts?

Easy fold with it being the ft bubble.

Exp with read on the button anticipating hear to be tighter than average. I'd probably call with 10s+ ak.

Easy fold +1
There is def more equity in folding here and most likely moving up the money ladder than hoping yo race 77s 3 ways

Thanks. Kind of brutal they had 33 and 55 but I feel that only happens a very small % of the time.

Snap fold. Even if both have smaller pairs, you're only 67/33. And that's best case. You're a dog against most combos you see here, and crushed against so many of those.

You're no less than 20/80 (and possibly 80/20 to 93/7) to ladder up and play FT next hand if you fold.

FWIW no way BTN has a little pair here, IMO.

This. You might also play around with an equity calculator away from the table to find out answers to questions like these ahead of time so your in game decisions are better
