More importantly this specific hand does not really matter. I strongly believe call is better than fold. But I don't really care nor is there any burden of proof on me. I'm not trying to prove anyone wrong, I'm simply explaining why my experience thus far in poker would make me call with the ace ten here.

I've reread all my posts and still agree with them, but keep in mind they were written in Prague at 4am-7am when I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep so if I was overly critical or harsh that's why.

I agree with your post, that's certainly a good point. There is a slight difference because in this hand because he is facing a bet so he can't choose to put no money in the pot and see a river.


edit: Please don't use the silly argument "Well if you didn't care why would you make xyz posts in this thread" Sometimes I like to argue especially on the internet especially when nobody is awake and there's nothing else to do.

I doubt i would fold this in the heat of the moment.. that being said.. I'm pretty sure that at the FT of a tournament where the amount of money being played for is going to significantly impact a persons life the villain is much much less likely to be semibluffing/value shipping worse here.. I think he has to have AQ minimum here given that it doesn't look like he's going to have much fold equity on a ship and the majority of his range is going to be for value.. not as a bluff.. I doubt i can find a fold while playing but im pretty certain that it should be a fold in this spot..
