Hello,
First of all my apologies if I'm posting in the wrong subforum.
I have a question about HRC. When I'm running Malmuth-harville ICM calculations. Shoving aces for example might be +3.6 and shoving J9s might be -0.12 etc.
My question is... 3.6 what? Percentage of the PP? Or what? What do these numbers stand for?

big blinds per hand most usually (or $/hand if FGS is used and appropriate payout structure)
*100 and get the ev of that action in bb/100
