Re: QQ utg early $215 High Roller on Lock

Prob c/f river. All we really beat is JJ. TT betting here would be fairly thin.

Could throw out a bet otr but...egh.

It's super early, pre ante...don't even beat AKc/AJc. Just doesn't seem worth it here to be playing a guessing game at the 10/20 lvl.

hmmm we will actually NEVER have 65s or 34s.....also most flushes will probably be raising the flop on a draw....so our range that beats him is 22, 55, 66...i guess they are possible if you raise turn or river for value....i think villain is right to assume we have mostly overpairs to this low flop that we call down with

Maybe I misunderstood you but you said he could be betting w/ the NFD blocker here. I don't see him bluffing very often in my opinion after 3betting pre and betting all three streets so it my eyes it looks like he's value-betting us.

So basically what I'm trying to say is there are more scenarios for him to be value-betting and basically only one, according to you, that he is bluffing (W/ the NFD blocker) and you advocate a call here so I'm just wondering if I either misunderstood you or mis-read the hand.

You post on here a decent amount so I figured you have some credibility so I am just trying to get a better understanding of what you're talking about.

And If I'm missing something then I would like to know

Its hard to do, but i think folding is def the best option otr. Your range is really face up as 88-qq and maybe some flush/combo draws but even the draws are unlikely considering how passive you played the hand.

W/o reads his range can be much wider than yours. Sucks but you can actually get away from this cheap otr.

I don't see many villains bluffing in this spot. Seems like he knows exactly where you're at and is trying to extract max V.

I don't mind raising to 650 on this flop and seeing if he backs off on the turn and then continuing to barrel..

The problem i have with this hand is no1 just decides to 3bet huge a open UTG at the 10/20 level with air. The alarm bells have to be going off extremely loud preflop. Theres no value in 3bet / 3barrell bluffing for 5bbs when u start with 375. I know in game its a lot harder but you beat nothing by the turn.

Theres a time and a place to make outrageous plays to make ppl fold better hands. This is on moneybubbles vs weak players that think min cashing is some kind of achievement and on FT bubbles. Not here.
