Todd started the hand with 27k. He 3bet to 2.8k , how much are you going to 4bet?

If you make 6k the pot will have like 14k and Todd will have 21k behind.

BB perceived range is f** strong. Do you really think Todd will hood ?

If you call the 3bet your hand is faced up without position. GL playing this hand.

if you 4bet jacks it isnt a bluff, you're just merging your range. it's only turning it into a bluff if you think todd never flats, but this is a spot where he probably will some of the time.

even if he folds very often you still might be better off shutting the other two out of their equity and scooping what's in the center than taking a multi way flop in a spot where your hand is really transparent.

you said utg has been opening a lot up front. if todd has been relatively inactive in the past few orbits and the opener isn't the type to flat wide out of position, i think it's very likely for todd to be light and that you should 4bet to about 7k with anything that you continue with.

Betting at all looks strong, but I thought I increased the chance of getting a hero fold from a set considerably if I put in all my chips. I thought the chance of getting called by anything other than a set was negligible.
What do you think the chances are he doesn't raise with a set if you bet 3500?

At the time I didn't know a thing about him and thought the risk of leaving a ton of value on the table was too great to bet small to induce. Answer now is 100%.
