It was a conservative estimate that you pick up 3xBB on average if he is calling 30%. If he is calling tighter, your expectation is a little higher.
There is no way McKeehen should be raising 90% and calling 20% against a competent player with a reshove stack. If he is doing that, you can reshove ATC. DN should be forcing McKeehen not to open so light. He can play small ball when he has a bigger stack.
A4o has huge value reshoving and good equity when called. When you defend with it, you are usually ahead on the flop, but you don't know if you are ahead with ace high or bottom pair. It just loses its value when you call with it.
There are so many people who make the opposite error as DN and don't defend anything with 16xBB. Seems fine to defend with hands you don't want to reshove that aren't the worst junk and maybe balance with defending QQ+.
