fish in 1ks do not have rational preflop ranges. they might look down at K3
and think "oh my god its my favorite hand, the hand that I won my local $50 bar tournament championship with!"
you see a middle aged guy fold for 45 minutes and reraise a couple times and show QQ+/AK, that doesn't mean he's a tagBOT 12/9 player. he could just be a 40/5 player who is running situationally bad 10handed at finding proper spots to get into some fun pots with lucky hands.
therefore without history there's gonna be the K3/63/3x combos that you wouldn't otherwise assume are there, will definitely be there often enough for middle aged randos in 1ks
