Start of Day 2 33 left 15 pay
UTG (local reg no real reads on his play)
MP (old tight guy)
Hero (19BB) on button

UTG open limps with about 40BB
MP jams exactly 15BB
Hero: has 99

Jam/Fold???
What is calling range with this limited info?

How long did you play with him? Was this his first shove preflop? Had he showed down any hands? Do you think you had a big edge in this tournament? What was the average stack?

With limited info QQ+ AK are always a shove. JJ is a shove something like 80% of the time. TT is usually a fold. Definitely folding 99 against this opponent.

The real question is what to do with JJ but without more reads I would get it in.

UTG stack size? UTG limp is always a red flag for me.

With 19 BBs, it's interesting to hear JJ might be a fold. I'd be insta-shoving.
