Low afs top 15 ITM

Hey guys! Interesting how will you approach in decisiong jamming or 3b inducing here? Not much ICM pressure,cuz its low AFS ITM and payout just begin.
We are playing vs Polish reggish guy,not much infor dinamics vs him.
I like 3b jamming here AQo but with AQs i always have doubts in stacksize like 22-30bbs.
Not sure which factors I should take into account,table softness(future EV) or mb just randomise these kind of decisions.
