Thoughts on flop and turn check backs and any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Obviously we have a hand that we want to try and extract three streets of value with from our opponent. My reasons for checking flop is because we are either miles ahead or very far behind. Furthermore, the times we are ahead, I do not see many hands our opponent will call down three streets that we are beating (except for slow played over pairs). I am open to opinions, but I would like some reasoning to support your opinions as well.

can't fault your thinking in a vacuum but having consideration of longer term strategic implications may yield a different answer

I also forgot to mention that I planned on betting any turn card except for a 9 or 7.

i think it's pretty crazy to view this as a wa/wb spot. why do we not want to protect against any of the xxdd combos, JT/T8/86, etc. also its a tourney with a huge bounty and people like to bounty hunt, you're going to get shoved on over a cbet by most of the previously mentioned combos and a lot of 9x's.

you're overthinking this one imo, and are reading too much into what was a top tier runout+villain punt.

seems fine upto the river...don't think a good V will ever call off too light here..infact I think we get paid off so infrequently that we need to raise like 2.5x his bet.

We rarely ever take this line against a BB defend, since a UTG +1 range is fairly strong, bb will just x/f such a flop >80% of the time so check/check/raise all in is never a bluff

However in hindsight, I think we should probably bet flop in a bounty tournament especially a superKO since stacks are pretty good to check/shove for V on the flop with almost nothing often enough
