easily the most reasonable/best suggestion for how to settle this. i can definitely see why tehan/tehans bitch want to make it one match/super deep/lol variance (since tbj >>>) but im a bit confused why theyre sure tehan is better and still want this

heres a hint, the better player should be trying to reduce variance as much as possible!

play 50/100, 25k stacks 25 ante with an optional 15k "add-on" when one player dips below 15k. but if someone adds on then blinds go up to 75/150/25 and the other player has the chance to add on also.

I knew support would come in for TBJ since this is his "home" and he's a notable here while Joe is not, but it does not mean that the voices here can determine the parameters of this match.

Joe is not playing for the 2+2 crowd, and doesn't care what 2+2 thinks about his game. I hate repeating myself but he's playing TBJ because TBJ continues to call him a scammer and TBJ asked, no, begged to play Joe in any game and any stakes. As you can see from his posts and tone, it's obvious TBJ thinks Joe is the biggest fish in the world and would like to play him in any game.

TBJ called out Joe's play in live poker...Joe is a live player, so the match should and will be live hu (unless TBJ declines).

Why should Joe have to meet the parameters TBJ requested? That's so lol given the fact that TBJ has called Joe every name that describes a fish. He SAYS ANY GAMES/ANY STAKES LIVE while continuously bashing Joe, now he doesn't like the reasonable parameters we set? Joe didn't set out to play HU4Rollz, TBJ did...he needled Joe about it, angled for it, and now he doesn't want to be "hustled" into playing Joe hu nl 500 bbs deep?? If anything, TBJ is the one being an idiot about the parameters by initially asking for 50bb-100bb stacks...lol.

I know I'm dealing w/ mostly an online crowd but 500bb deep live hu nl can definitely move at a reasonable pace. Pots play bigger live. Heck we can ask Matt Savage to have a 2nd dealer have hands ready. I doubt this hu match would be one where each other passes blinds back and forth (I know one half won't).

Since Joe is so bad at poker as TBJ claims, and he would crush him in poker, Joe wants to play the match where he has more experience, and he has more experience playing very deep. Maybe if TBJ concedes that Joe is a better player than him w/ deeper stacks, Joe can be talked down to 300bbs, maybe even a best 2 out of 3 match this deep, but idk, it's up to him but he likes to play really deep.

Also, isn't it more advantageous for the better player to want to play deeper? So I really don't get why TBJ wants to lower the starting stacks. Hmmmm.

If TBJ refuses, then I think it's time to acknowledge the fact that Joe isn't as bad as you've been claiming, and maybe he was never scamming people in the 1st place. Or else play him on his parameters or again, stfu.
