Yeah pretty much this.
There probably are people you can think about folding this against OP but I think you'd need a really specific read to justify it. Like you'd have to be certain the villain was competent and could hand read well to realise you're going to be taking a ridiculously strong range to the river here. Even then you'd have to be sure they still won't mistakenly value jam 33. Only you'll know best if that's the case.
I like that you're thinking about it and don't think it's a completely clear-cut snap call, but you do have to call given the (excellent) line you've taken.
