I've done very well in local bounty tournies... I don't play them much differently than a standard tournament except for maybe early on... as the tables dwindle, the bounties have less value (as far as chip/bounty ratio is concerned).. as an example, if you're heads up at the end, the bounty means nothing.

I'm playing this on Monday (6/26) and am probably going to just play the way i always do (aggressive early on)... anyone ever play in a high limit bounty tourney? Advice?

Keep in mind the wsop bounty is obscene... 1500 buy in and bounties are 500. Never seen a tournament with that high of a percentage... the ones I play are usually 200/25... playing in that tonight as a tune up...

With a 33% bounty, I think it's going to play differently than the normal $1500 game there... at least early on..

Thoughts?

Yeah this should be fun. I would expect to see a lot more aggressive play, especially vs the smaller stacks.
