Your hand is very under repped when you check for the third time on the river. He probably does not put you on top pair. I do like your third check on the riv, because you have nothing but a bluff catcher.
It's a gross spot, but I would call. I think you are good. If he flatted pre with QQ or KK, I think that he sizes the bet differently on the river. I don't think that he calls the EP raise from EP with KJ, 33 or AJo. But ya, you still have to be concerned with AJs,KQs,J10s,99.
But then you have to think he won't check back KQ, J10 or 99 on the turn.
Having said that... it mostly likely comes down to only AJs that you would have to be concerned with.
I am not thrilled about it, but I would advocate for a call

putting QJo KJo in his range seems a little optimistic, ike is not a very LAG player, and certainly won't flat a EP raise in <CO with hands that weak. Even AJo seems on the margin
