Lead flop because it shouldn't get bet that frequently so you should be leading sets medium flushes AdXx and some 5x hands

if you think he's flatting those premium hands you listed i doubt he's 3 betting anything suited here (maybe discount AKs but it's null here since you have Ad) or with any 6s in his hand.

I think the range looks very 99 to qq although ofc theres times they can flat good hands too, but generally i think his range is pretty much capped to qq maximum that wants the pace to slow down and after another raise will probably tank, tank, look at gf in crowd, play with sunglasses and then lolandfold.
