FWIW, I'd flat flop, raise turn.
Raising flop may very well force him to fold overs, which we don't want. Flatting should also represent overs in your hand.
If he has overpair instead, you'll have fireworks regardless of which street you raise, turn is even better cause the pot and bets are bigger.

flat flop then see what happens on turn, i probably bet turn if checked to, he really should have overpairs or AK here....let him hang himself

The above responses i agree with but if you flat and a club comes on turn you lose action by not raising small on flop.

not if he turns a flush draw. flatting flop seems fine unless you and villain really get out of line against each other a lot.

Readless I like raising on that board texture. Build a pot, rep draws, balance range etc. seems like everyone else wants to flat but I'm not a fan

All of this. Decent board to bluff raise and certainly a board where we can have be perceived to be raising too many gutshots and flushdraws. The more aware the opponent the more a raise has merit

Re: Big $162 early and deep

Flat flop/raise turn looks so much like a set. I'm raising the flop to both build a pot and disguise my hand as lots of club draws also raise this flop.

I mean, it's a 3 bet pot. If he has an overpaid he could hammer this pot right now. I'm now letting a club kill the action. Seems really bad.
