Re: Big 109 ft , preflop or river decision deep vs deep

pre is mostly a nobrainer 4b, with a nitty image i'd just flat as well since its percieved uberbladed vs such a TAG. or if i was hooding alot i'd hood here as well sometimes.
i think flop is a fold, whats our plan here?
as played valuebet river is prob best. also lets us control the potsize a bit better (with a bet of like 90k-105k)
not the best board to check better made hands than QQ for him and he does not set up a river jam.
if you dont like a valuebet OTR i have no idea why we take this preflop/flop line. i'd rather just fold the flop then.

terrible vs him since he checks behind marginal stuff, b/f missed draws (or just gives up) and b/c you off with better made hands just needing like 25%ish.
if you think he will bluff often enough c/c, c/jam does not accomplish much here.
obv a TAG can play tp like this and fold OTR if he has our stack, no problem with c/jam there.

Re: Big 109 ft , preflop or river decision deep vs deep

M=24, you've gotten 3bet by a thinking player on M=19, seems like a close-to-ideal spot pre to boost your stack by either shoving and taking a healthy pot w/o confrontation (think FE is reasonably high), or shoving and feeling confident vs. even his calling range with stacks as they are; certainly his calling range isn't KK+ here. Also, while table seems soft-ish, this is a good hand to possibly KO one of the best players at the table and, in so doing, amass a mountain of chips to go to war with.

Unrelated side note: Chuck Bass the character kicks ass. The wife loves Gossip Girl, and the only way I can tolerate it is by enjoying his swagger and one-liners.

I really like the preflop flat, c/c flop. Lead river small for blocking/value bet there.
