Live $1000 MTT. Around 20% of the field remains and 10% paid, so no really that much ICM concerns. Table is relatively soft with 2-3 pros and the rest recs/fishes.

Blinds 1500/5000/10000 and we have around 450K. Villian in the hand is in the SB and I think a good reg I've played with once or twice before but I don't know for sure, he starts with around 375K. He probably perceives us also as a solid reg whose somewhat loose but not really getting out of line too much either.

Folds to us in the CO with AJo. The button and BB are older nits who basically won't ever 3 bet without nutted hands (like JJ+,AK) so this is a basically a great steal spot and we should be opening really wide. SB should also recognize this as a really good spot for us to attack with him in the SB. We raise to 23K and he 3-bets to 70K. The question is what level is he on here. He's definitely capable of 3-betting light, but even good regs are tighter in their 3-bet light bluffs in live poker. What do we do?

- Fold: safe and probably OK, we have an edge on the table but still seems quite nitty

- Flat: We have position but the SPR will be like 1.5-2 so we'll basically have to go with it if we flop decent and we can get outplayed even in position.

- Jam: Hope he's light with our two decent blockers and reasonable equity if called.

Yeah just flat. Jamming 40bb deep here is bad

Let's see 3. It will be far more interesting if V leads flop as the SPR will get awkward quickly.
