Can u eloborate on why shoving is good here? How often do u expect to get folds with a 10.5bb stack?

shove has to be better than call.
there is 0.5+1+2.2*3+0.1*9=9BB in the pot already ,assume we have no FE(actually we do have some fe cos it's 20 dollar tournament),we only need like 25% equity to BE and 89s plays much better than that in this spot.
since we are the shortest stack on the table, i dont really mind just go ahead and gamble for a 30BB stack .no money for 9th place anyways

not sure if i like the shove or fold because of the 18bb stack overcall, prob just fold.. if u jam i feel like you get looked up a lot by the btn whos too afraid to jam his pp pre. guess you could be flipping if it were the case, not terrible with 89s. although, i suppose because of the stack sizes/positions, a jam may work if you can assume the btn is loose passive and folds whatever = x% that makes its a +shove.

Calling is so far best it is like Usain Bolt in the Paralympic heats. Not even the final.
