Hero 50k

Utg open to 2700, I flat in mp, another big stack flats in mp.

Flop 9 7 5ccd

UTG check
Hero 5k
MP fold
UTG call

Turn 7d

UTG check
Hero 11.5k
UTG takes 5 seconds and shoves
Hero...

Notes on UTG, extremely passive, a lot of limp calling pre, open limping pre at least 20%, had also seen him limp with queens and A8s. He was very sparingly raising. He raised the hand before. Hes in his forty's. Have seen him check call flops with jack and queen high, no draw

Re: £330 Live, turn spot.

I'm of the opinion that we missed an opportunity when we flatted instead of raised with J J pre. Likely outcomes of the 3bet would be getting 4bet off our JJ (saved us money post flop), getting folds (win), or isolating UTG with position (good).

As played, fold I guess. I don't see a passive player c/r'ing a draw or TP. Maybe a pair + draw or some combo like that, but this is the exception IMO, and even then we're not that far ahead.

Re: £330 Live, turn spot.

I think 3bet pre is profitable, as he's more likely to open-limp AA-QQ, and he has no idea about position probably so can easily have KT or whatever here.

As played I think its a fold, I don't think he has many 9x hands in his range and given your reads its unlikely he plays a fd like this or just has complete air.

That being said, I think at least 15% of the time live fish just have some complete spaz hands in spots like this.

Still a fold here, I think him jamming really quick suggests the nuts more often too. If he tank/called the flop then I think its AA/KK every time..
