BB in the hand is a $140 avg buyin/30% roi aggro reg who will overcall here pre really wide.
In hindsight I like a 3bet or jam pre way more than a flat, both opener and btn were playing 28/24 ish. I was on a 10-15bbs stack on this table for a good while so probably only have some std jam and 3bet stats to them. No relevant history.
Check on river seems fine, this hand started 4way, it's hard to see villain calling a significant bet twice with KT. Flat pre seems fine too, jamming is a bit much unless they're superwide and you get great odds with the huge antes.
Your line seems exploirable but fine. KQo does OK here as a flat with these stacks just depends on villains. Folding river seems fine BB is ultra polarized and strong a lot and you could have a perceived strong hand. Yes he could have a missed draw but maybe not so much
Leading flop seems like a good option here, I would be fine with taking this pot down on the flop. I think a smallish blocker type bet on the river would be a good idea, it makes it a lot easier to fold to a river raise rather then checking and having to just fold to a bet.
Prob never flat here. I would go 1) shove, 2) 3b/fold, 3) flat, 4) fold. Yes, our hand plays well post, but we're just going to get outplayed and lose the pot here so often when we decide to play this hand so passively out of position. Our hand has great blockers as well, so even tho I don't like 3b/folding as much as 3b/jamming, I still would much rather prefer 3b/folding to just flatting. Also, we allow the big blind to come in for such a cheap price, which we definitely are not looking to encourage. Would probably make the turn bet around the 26k area since we have such a wet board in a 4 way pot. Bet/folding small on the river more often than not. Not sure why you decided to check, as this river likely never changes our opponents range, so if we're betting the turn for value, we are definitely going to be betting this river for value. As played, I'm not sure if I could fold if we check to our opponent and he decides to shove for reasons previously stated.
I don t like flat pre with KQo becouse:
We ll play very often mwp with an hand missing a flop a lot of time
We have low spr nd so we need to hit something like OESD /TPGK+/sometimemiddle pair can be enough....depends on villain action OTF ( we can t ever do bluff postflop on a specific textures )
Kq miss the flop 2/3 of times
We have behind of us a good reg aggro who can squeeze to capitalize dead money.
so i think it s better to 3b/f 8.2bb or to shove pre.
3b> shove if your image is unknown or nitty
Shove>3b if u have already squeeze and your image is aggro
