You will get spots like that on the big blind during your tournaments. You are ok to call river if your right 1 out of 3 times.
Do you think you have to take advantages of spots like that in micro stakes MTT that plays $1-$5 or this should be limited to $50+ buy-ins?
The player mentionned the sizing river bet and the time it took to make it was one reason why he made the hero call, if the bet was less he may have folded.
