I don't post that many hands but found this one interesting
Anyway I drew a real tough table w one hi stakes pro a vegas cash livepro, an old time vegas pro and a euro grinder.
I've been even rly active opening. 3b and defending my bb. Not sure how villains view me. They could see me as pretty loose at least pre but have just had hands to play.
Anyway. Hand 1
I open q8dd from co to 350 @ 75/150 25. I have about 10-11k from 7.5
Bb defends and we flop
10 7 6 w back door diamonds.
Obvious cbet spot so I continue for 450 otf. Oop calls quickly and we get a pretty good card when a black 9 rolls off. Super easy turn bet imo so we go for 850 ott.
First question is how do we like turn sizing? I thought bigger could be better.
River is 5 completing back door club flush
Insta check and I decide to bluff for 2150 Otr.
Also not sure about river sizing. Should I just be betting all in?

Hand 2
I'm at 5k
I open to 350 otb w a3ss
Sb hi stakes reg 3bs to 1100. So wasn't sure on pre. I thought jamming could be pretty good here but he has been flatting a lot of my opens from the sb so decided to call
Flop k47 one spade and he Cbets for 500. For this size w backdoors and a hi folding is out so continue and he decides to check on the qc bringing in club fd
So I have like 3k left and there's 3 in there. Now this isn't one of the turns I planned on betting but he should have a lot 88-jj here and think he'd jus keep betting kx. I'll also have kq @100% kj k10 some kx s
Lots of combos i think but will I have other hands that wanna bluff

Hand 1:
I'm pretty torn on sizings in this hand. The big blind does have a range advantage, therefore it looks pretty strong to barrel hard into villain on flop turn and river. Therefore I would rather go with your sizing of half-ish pot ott and something along the lines of 20%ish on the river to either make top/two pair make a crying call for a cheap price or make the BB spazz with said range advantage. Don't really like all in, super hard to get paid off in this case.

Hand 2:
Wouldn't really mind folding pre, pretty awkward SPR. You are probably perceived as kind of aggro/on the looser side I guess, so I wouldn't hate a shove with a hand like a3s that has equity against everything. As played it feels awkward, 1k ott leaves us with a 40% river bet. We do for sure have quite some Kx in our range, and SB checking does kind of leave out his Kx portion of his range so I guess we have to go with betting 1k on the turn and our remaining 2k on the river to fold out villains underpairs to the board/better Ax. Villains line matches pretty well with said range, and we could probably make him fold out these hands if we go for it on the turn and river.

Hand 2
When you get 3 bet this is a turbo muck with these stack sizes. You kind of put yourself in a weird spot here. I mean, you pretty much have no choice. If you check the turn, are there any good river cards for you? Even if you hit the A, you still aren't sure if you are winning.

As the poster above me suggests, I guess you could try and bet 1K or 1.5K and see if he folds. Then you have something left to play with after you lose this hand.

I don't think folding is going to outperform calling for this price and my holding. Also I'm very hi up in my Btn open range can't be just chucking a3s in the much for 600 more closing the action.
Considered betting 1k ott but don't think that gets enough folds. Also kx wants to just jam here ott imo

Think that my options are giving up and jamming. I planned on giving up on a turn like this

Hand 1
Don't think this an obv cbet spot..if anything ~250. As played, pot the turn. Like your otr sizing

Hand 2
Like 4bai, or flatting fine. Like 1/3 ott > jam

I think it will
Funny arguments bc price is high and your holding ain't great considering you start hand w/ 30bigs.

H1 is interesting, i think cbet or checking are both fine, but giving blockers and BDFD i like a cbet more. Otr are we bluffing? What was your thought process? IŽll choose a smaller sizing tho if we go vor value.

H2 Fold pre or 4bet jamm, but givin that he flat your opens from SB till now iŽll just fold.
What do we do w/ 44 and 77 pre? What do we do w/ KJs/KTs ott?
Also fold flop, weŽre not deep enough to do anything, but i guess vs that sizing is w/e.
As played iŽll check turn and bluff some rivers if checked too.
