Unfortunately I can't get the hand history converter to work.
Villain just moved to my table and is currently the chip leader with 100bb
I am in third place with 80bb. About 70 players remain.

UTG folds
Villain (UTG+1) limps
All folds to me in the BB with JJ
I raise ~3x
He insta jams 100bb
Hero???

Villain is a losing player over a very small sample (25 games) with an ABI of $60

What is his range here?

Range depends on what kind of spazzo he is but I'm not folding pocket jacks. Most likely they have something like 44-TT or AK here imo.

I just hate feeling like a complete fool when I call and get shown AA.
I ended up folding since 3rd place had around 40bb and the field was super weak.

Few hands later I opened with AA and he insta jammed 90bb with KK.

if he hasnt shown spazzy tendencies i may fold
chuck bass hasnt played much live poker i guess cuz they usually have aces when they do that at least in california live cardrooms, they think its the coolest thing ever to limp big pairs utg
