Basically there are poker rooms only in Paris, Toulouse and Reims.
For the moment, i only have info about Paris & Toulouse.

- it seems you have to pay 100€ to become a member for a year if oyu want to play there
-most famous, and the one you should stick to if its your first time in Paris
-dress code is strict

His little brother, the Gaillon, which is also recommended :
- since it's the same owners that the ACF, expect to have a 100€ membership fee here too
-dress code
The Cercle Wagram :
- i'm not sure but there might be the membership fee too
