Unbeliveable Pokerstars.fr Support

I had an account transfered from stars.com to .fr when stars.fr started because i played from France on .COM.
I didn`t activated my account because i didn`t wanted to play on .fr
2 days ago i wrote to stars.fr if i can reactivate my old account because i wanted to start playing on .fr They said that i don`t have any account on .fr.
I created a new account, and after i validated it i receive a e-mail that i have 2 accounts, and that i have to keep the last one. I told them that i want to keep my old account, and they did it so..... But the weird thing is that they blocked my account while i was playing and i had money in my account, and the worst i was on a final table 1/5 double 35% chips in play was at me....

How can they block my account while i was playing?

I called a moderator because i could chat and he said to relogin, and i did so, and i couldn`t login at all.... I think theres someone representing stars here to answer me how can this be possible.....




I just received this email... when the tournament was over.....

Hello xxxxx,

We are very sorry for this mistake.

We have reinstated your account in order to finished your tournament, after
that, please let us know in order to update account status.

Once again sorry hope you can finish your tournament with another difficulty.

regardless, just ask for reimbursement, it should not be a problem insofar that they have already acknowledged their mistake.

Not only that i am not paid for their mistake, but when they froze my account i had some money in it. They reactivated it for me to finish the finished tournament, and when i checked my balance it was just the money made in that last tournament.... no more of the old money i had in my account. And now i lost all those money.....

not quite over... It seems like the support wants to screw me over. I didn`t get any appologies, and it keeps blocking my way in activating my account. I will post here how this all will end....

Hello xxxx,

Management has reviewed your case and decided to credit your account
'xxxxx' as a good will gesture with the equivalent of the first prize of
the tournament (2nd prize €xxx + €xxx = first prize €xxx) This
funds will be transferred to 'xxx'as well once you complete the account
authentication.

Please bear in mind that his situation originated from a combination of
duplicate account creation and an agent mistake. In the future we will not be
able to give you any credits for funds lost based in a similar situation.
