Help with Registering Account - France

Hi All,
I am temporarily (for a month or two)living in France and I would like to open account on Party/Stars. But to do that, I need to have a mailing address in order to receive the account activation PIN numbers in a oldschool post letter, which I cannot provide as I'm staying at a hotels/moving. Does any of you would be so kind to help and receive that letter for me? I would appreciate the support.
