8/10 log
Did rolling/mobility/activation. I have to say when I was doing the quad/hip flexor stretch I do, the part of my left leg that starts stinging if I do the stretch even sort of deep was in pretty good shape. Maybe from the initial ART? I'm really looking forward to my Chiro sesh tomorrow morning. I'm hoping for a ton more ART and asking more questions. LET THE HEALING BEGIN!
Box Squats:
45x5x3
60x5
90x3
120x2
150x1x5 (~45 degree)
150x1x5 (behind)
150x1x5 (side)
I'd love feedback on form. The second set felt like I wasn't too solid in my core and my upper body bent over more. The third felt a lot more solid but on all of them I had very little speed going up. Should I stay at this weight for another session (or two?) to try and get the speed up more before going to 155?

Ohhhh YEAH! I thought I did 6 on the last set but my g/f said it was 5, so it was probably 5. Still, though, the last rep went up with no doubt and issues. I mean, it was tough and not super easy/smooth, but very encouraging that I can go up in weight on bench again. I credit a more coordinated lift off to keep my setup (as my g/f is doing it now and has some practice) and a better setup in general (I'm really trying to keep my core tight).

75x5x3
No knee pain or leg pain for the 2nd squat workout in a row. However, she has mentioned a bunch recently how the place she had surgery on in her knee "feels numb." My guess is that due to rolling and activation of the muscles around it, she is feeling things a lot more in those spots, which highlights the numb area on her knee, making it seem "more numb". Anyway, may ask my chiro about it briefly.

She was pretty close. But she'll have to get 62.5 next time. Very good effort and not too much laughing at all this time.
