DINNER: PF Chang's Meals for Two, Beef with Broccoli. I ate the whole thing, served over white rice....and oh, by the way, a bag of white rice has 383 calories, not the 96 calories as listed on MyFitnessPal. Grrrrrr.

DESSERT: one banana,

TOTAL: 2275, still crushing my target of 2710.
Tomorrow's my favorite day of the week: $45 hold'em tourney (I've cashed two of my last four, including a first-place) followed by karaoke and beer! I'm hoping my friend Ben shows up, he's really good and he's promised to sing back-up vocals for me some time, so I've got a few songs I want to try that way. Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" comes to mind, or Styx's "Too Much Time on My Hands". We've also talked about maybe doing BOC's "Don't Fear the Reaper". Ben says I should do "Comfortably Numb", he says he has a few ideas on backing up that one.
He was doing Journey's "Lights" one night when I jumped up on a whim and backed HIM up, and it sounded pretty tight, if you ask me--even though he was really doing all the heavy lifting on that one.
