I made a bet Nov 1 that I could go from 240 to 210 by Dec 31st. I am currently 225 on Dec 19th. I need to lose 15 lbs in 13 days. Is this possible to do by ways of losing water weight, like how fighters make weight then gain it all back? Keep in mind Im a 5 11, 33 year old fat guy not a world class mma fighter. This is also not life changing money, just $500 bucks between friends but I obv would like to win.
Is something like this possible(maybe on a smaller scale with less risk)?
