3/22 -

3/23 - This was a day that I was proud of. Had an all-day work meeting. I ordered grilled shrimp tacos, though there was a superbaconcheeseburger with jalapeno bacon and BBQ aioli that sounded amazing. The lady next to me ordered fries and offered to everyone, and I had a few, but they were fantastic, and I could have had way more.

They also brought in fresh baked cookies and brownies. Happy to limit to one. In logging, sweets are certainly my biggest weakness, but the calorie numbers are where they need to be, and hey, a couple nuggets of happy in a joyless void is worth it.



3/24 - Proud of this day too. Had 4 hours of work meeting, then 7 hours on the road, then 5 hours in the casino. Staying under calorie target with that day is pretty awesome. Casino, as usual, less awesome, finished 21st in the mega, awarded 16 seats.



3/25 - again, stayed under calorie target, despite having homecooked breakfast from stepdad's wife, discovering my brand new car had been broken into, busting two main event bullets in 3 hours, having my stepdad text me for dinner so I finish the orbit in my cash game and lose $250 in 5 hands at 1/2, have a casino meal, then finish 19th paying 15 in the bounty tourney, including losing 3 bounties and the tourney chip lead to a 3 outer. Have I mentioned how much I love my life?



3/26 - Finally over calories but barely, not bad again considering this included home-cooked breakfast, 7 hours at the casino (finished 50th paying 24 this time, less pain), and then 7 hours in the car.



3/27 - On the road again for work, almost went to bed without the Taco Bell dinner, but couldn't quite do it. Stayed under the target, but had a chance to really bank some calories, which is good since I'm on the road til Thursday.

Wow, you are doing great calories wise. What is your target?

3lb loss for March

Our official weigh-in is tomorrow morning, though, right? Last one was on 3/1. It will be close.

Three days in a row that weren't great for me, not good right before weigh-in.

3/28 - Missed the breakfast at the hotel, so I got Chick-Fil-A and then just snacked for lunch. The hotel gave me an amenity of six fresh-baked cookies, so that sucked, ha. Went out for dinner and had an awesome chopped steak that had queso, tomato, onion and jalapenos on it. Got a garden salad for my side instead of potatoes or whatever. A vodka soda and a bloody Mary. Overall, not mad at this day.



3/29 - Went down and got a ham and veggie omelette and two slices of bacon from the hotel breakfast. Passed up sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and more, so happy with that. Ate the provided lunch and went mostly salad, so was very good through lunch. Had a cookie snack, then went and played golf, and had 2 16 oz beers during golf. Came back and got a club sandwich from the hotel restaurant and did fruit instead of fries/chips. Ate a second cookie. Actually not a terrible day here either, other than the second cookie.



3/30 - Same hotel breakfast. Had to grab lunch on the road on my way home, hit the Carl's Jr, I knew their spicy chicken sandwich was small, thought it was more like 300 calories instead of 460. Also, got a chicken quesadilla that was a bit larger than I anticipated. Thought I was doing an 800 calorie lunch, not 1100.

Then GF and I went to the Dave Chappelle show last night. Great ****ing show. I was doing fairly well, only doing a pulled pork taco, along with a vodka/soda and two red-headed strangers (vodka, OJ, cran, jalapeno-lime). Then ultimate GF sabotage, she wanted a Whataburger stop on the way home (she had no lunch, and her 3 drinks were overrunning her single pulled pork taco). I was medium hungry, but not passing up WB, so I got a Double Jr Cheeseburger with bacon. She got a reg bacon chee, then didn't even eat the goddamn thing b/c she felt spinny when we got home, so that was $9 and 470 calories down the drain ha.

191.8. -2.2 lb for March

I'm in Dallas and my scale is at home. Well just have to use yesterday's weigh in. It's going to be the same today.
I thought we were weighing in on the last day of the month.

Our first official weigh in was 2/1 and next official one was 3/1 why would this one be on 3/31?

Given that we were within 0.3 lbs (you lost 2.8, I lost 2.2 but if you lost 2.5 I win the month bc it is % of weight) and I'm assuming a superbaconcheeseburger happened yesterday, let's rule March a draw.

Clearly stipulating future weigh ins are first of month. Willing to adjust with sufficient notice if one of us won't be available.

Is that disappointment with not winning or do you think that's not a fair resolution? As an aside I weighed 192.4 today, which would win me the month if we used my 4/2 weight instead of my 4/1 weight.

I guess it's dissapointment. I would have weighed less on the 1st than the 31st. I don't see the problem with weighing in a day early.
No superbaconcheeseburger was had. I was at around 1400cals on the 31st.

Maybe. I have had days where random fluctuations/water etc have me weighing more than I did the day before despite being well under maintenance.

And not that you did this, but it definitely opens the door for lots of issues if the weighin is a different day with no notice. What if on April 30 morning I take a giant dump or just get a great number? Or since April 30 is my gfs birthday, I wanna use that mornings weigh in since there will be dinner and booze that night?
