5/12 - Sub-1100 calories and not overly hungry!
5/13 - Had eggs for breakfast about 9, then GF and I actually went to the gym (!) about noon. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill with 6.0 incline at 3.5mph. Then did leg extension 10x85, row rear delt 10x85, abdominal extension 8x70 and back extension 8x70.
We grabbed Wendy's a few hours later on the way to Costco. Had a spicy chicken and a Mediterranean power salad. The Med salad was good with good protein numbers. Got McCalister's late that night, we went out of town to do Mother's Day with her mom the next day. Made a good choice there, and came in under target with two meals out PLUS a workout.
5/14 - ****ty day for me. 4th anniversary of my mom's death, super cool when it falls on Mother's Day. Had breakfast at our hotel, two of the tiny sausage links, two hardboiled eggs, steel-cut oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar and some golden raisins.
We did Mother's Day lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Her mom had a free appetizer and got the onion bloom thing. I only had 5 'petals'. Did have one of their yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. Got an 8 oz NY Strip, with green beans (their lowest calorie side) and a cup of chili. Logged the steak as 9oz to match the calories listed on the menu (actually it went a few over, but that's fine).
We drove back home, and I fried 3 eggs with a bit of ham for dinner. Slightly over for the day, but 1700 calories under the weekly target plus a workout, have to take it.
