I wish the tale of my H&F was just as superb, but unfortunately it is not haha. I've never really been able to get my strength back 100% after the hip surgery. Getting close to 3 plate squat kind of aggravates it, especially if I do it for multiple sessions.
Been just slacking around with like 250/250/300 s/b/d not really motivated by lack of sport (since I'm obv not competing in PL). Maintaining and enjoying life. Trained and ran a half marathon at one point, but that sucked and don't want that to be more than occasional way to burn cals with the fiance.
Having a bit of a resurgence in H&F interest though in general. I joined a BJJ gym cuz that seems fun and some free cardio. It has also propelled my general fitness motivation, and I'm really looking forward to building my strength back up to complement it - probably focusing hard on bench/DL.
