At 5bb the sb plays shove fold in GTO, at 5.5bb it starts to limp a small % of hands. At around 12bb ish it starts to incorporate at small min-raising range. Keep in mind for example, while ATs can open shove profitably and unexploitably for 20bb from the sb, it's EVs are higher both limping and raising.
