Ya it was ridiculous. I think im only going to squat once a week while i do the coan deadlift cycle. Next week is 2x435, 8x3x355 Speed DL and all that assistance. should be terrible.

I just skimmed your log. You've made some impressive progress since you started.
Than Coan program is brutal if you set your goals too high. The speed DLs were rarely speedy at all when I did it. I lightened up on a lot of the accessory stuff because I was too spent after the DLs and speed DLs.
