Shieko was alright. I would just rather be in the gym 4 days a week for like 1hour each day than 3 days a week for 2 hours a day. And I dont know if i was using my actual maxes but everything was super easy. like 85% of 1 rep max for 5 doubles is like ridic easy. I know its a lot of volume but its just kind of boring doing that much that light

Wrist is a not better. I have no insurance though. I can bench and press but no cleans or snatches. Cant dip or do pushups either.

At least you can press/bench. When I messed my wrist up bad back in highschool, I couldn't do nothing at all for a few weeks. Maybe its not recovering because of the pressing movements?

Pressing probably doesnt help recovery but it doesnt hurt when i do it so whatever

Oh, and i weighed in at 218 today so i am going to try and get to 200 by February. I figure since i am fat and weak my lifts should still be able to go up while doing this. I have to try and stop drinking so much. I probably have 12 > drinks a day at least 5 days a week. Going to only try drinking 3 days a week.

So on my fourth set I went to get water and when Im walking back and I see some skinny guy unrack the bar and im like wtf. Then he racks it with out doing anything and he is some like 60 year old guy and says wow thats heavy. Then he says, I really like how you really bury your reps, real good work.
