I threw in some RDLs on volume day as Lascek suggests, and my hamstrings are totally destroyed...

It's probably cause I haven't deadlifted that much lately but I should be able to get 405 for 10. My hamstrings are constantly sore since I started doing rdls. I think I'll keep doing the same routine and hopefully my hamstrings adapt.
