Been sick and my shoulder has been killing me. Now the pain is moving to my forearm.
I moved into a new house so we just set up a garage gym. All we have now is a power cage, squat stands and a bench. the floor is slanted a little bit but slanted but you cant really tell. Im going to try paul carters strong 15. I think doing all those heavy singles i was doing were too tough on my body
ha. I hurt it left handed. The dude i was doing it against stood up and took his elbow off the table and thats how I hurt it I think. Then we went right handed and i crushed him.
