My hand didnt slip. I felt like I was struggling for ever and I didnt think I was above my knee so i just quit. When I saw the video i was like, wtf, why did i quit

Ha, i do that with accessories all the time. my program will say do a 3 sets and ill do one and say to myself thats enough, its only an accessory movement.
