good lift though. i remember not caring too much for speed deadlifts. then i tried doing really short sets (singles through triples) and i got stuck in the mid 4s for a triple. then i just went back to straight sets of 5 and got to 515 rather quickly.

I come in here to get discouraged at my DL and impressed at yours.

I assume you list DLs in kgs because you use kg plates for it and lbs for the rest of your lifts?

ya, the lb plates we have at my gym are all different sizes. some 45s are real skinny and like 1/2 bigger in diameter, and then we have some short real thick ones so the setup is all lopsided if you use lb plates. plus we have those real good ivanko kilo plates.

Yeah I started using the kg plates too, mainly because they're Ivanko lol. I've never even paid attention to the bumper plates though, are they uniform size? Not that you need them for DL. I think that bar in the DL stand is the only bar that's not bent in the gym too. Maybe the one that's on the bench.
