Going to lower squat max by 25 lbs going forward. I can do the weight I just have no confidence and am scared I'm going to hurt myself again if I push too hard so going to stall lighter
to being careful. Glad to see you're back, and I'm always particularly impressed at your chin volume (which I guess is kind of a backhanded compliment, but whatever). I assume that your reticence to push yourself relates mostly to the lower body lifts?
Ya I'm just going to take it easy on lower body lifts. Re: chins I used to be able to do like 10,10,8 x bw at like 15 lbs heavier . I stopped doing chins and back stuff for a long time so hopefully they get better quick
