I love Larsen. When some of the newbs at the gym tell me they can't feel any leg drive, I suggest they do some Larsen presses. The difference in sensation, and thus the realization how to better incorporate leg drive, should happen quickly.
Ya proper gym. One rack has only kilo plates and I don't feel like walking to another rack and getting plates. Plus kilo plates help with the rpe a little cause I don't know the exact weight
