I love Larsen. When some of the newbs at the gym tell me they can't feel any leg drive, I suggest they do some Larsen presses. The difference in sensation, and thus the realization how to better incorporate leg drive, should happen quickly.

I missed it. Why are you notating in kilos?

Ya proper gym. One rack has only kilo plates and I don't feel like walking to another rack and getting plates. Plus kilo plates help with the rpe a little cause I don't know the exact weight

I'll give you a tip for dealing with kilos. One kilo is the same as 1. Ten kilos is 10. Etc. The end.
