I knew it wouldn't be easy, and would me hard, I just let it get in my head. Fail

Everyone had to coach one, and rip would watch everyone's last set. My guy fell forward and had to rack it after one rep on the set rip watched.

And my groin/hips were killing me from waking up early and sitting for like 3 hours straight so squatting hurt. Rip told new to squat how I could with no pain so my feet were like 5 inches apart.

They did say that my knees are too outside my toes when I squared with a normal stance so that could be causing the pain. Also my bar was sitting like 5 inches to low

Hi everyone,

Anyone have ideas for a bench dead lift only program. I can't squat anymore. I am very weak and fat now too. Last work out was 5*270 pauses bench lol and 3*8*185 incline bench plus accessories. Im like 225 now but fatter than ever
