They did say that my knees are too outside my toes when I squared with a normal stance so that could be causing the pain. Also my bar was sitting like 5 inches to low
Anyone have ideas for a bench dead lift only program. I can't squat anymore. I am very weak and fat now too. Last work out was 5*270 pauses bench lol and 3*8*185 incline bench plus accessories. Im like 225 now but fatter than ever
