That's what I'm trying. It's only been 8 days, but Saturday was normally 20 + drinks.
I was working out three workdays per week, so the other two when I didn't have to work out after work I would have 6-9 beers at lunch and keep drinking after that when I got off work
I was drinking 80-100 beers per week. Last week was 40. This week 14 ish, and I'm only going to drink on Tuesday after that.
My girlfriend wanted me to play horseshoes today at some tournament. It started at 9am. I didn't have to workout today so I would've normal drank from 9am till I passed out. I showed up at 2 stayed till four and didn't drink
I know it sounds like I'm excusing my behavior but to me it seems like I'm on the road to improving. The only thing that sucks is I will get in a mode where it's like cut cals and cals cut drinking and I'll do it for like two weeks, get bored, have no will power and go back to the same routine I was in
