You do know that jaw pain is a classic precursor to heart attacks?

I've done ECA (Stacker 2 when it was available) before and lost a significant amount of weight using it. I found I had to work out early in the morning before my first dose otherwise my heart would be totally out of control for my workout. The main side effect I had was that I would sweat the entire day even when sitting watching tv or playing online poker and I would have to change undershirts/shirts about 3-4 times a day it was really bad.

I guarantee your experiment is not healthy for you in the long run. There are many other healthier options to lose weight. Exercise a bit everyday and eat well. Limit fats, sugars, and sodium. You will be thin in no time. Punishing your heart for no good reason is dumb imo.

I guess you didn't read the intro, I am in a body fat % competition so is a really good reason to stress my heart.

As for the cheese, I am doing carb cycling and it is showing positive results. So on my no carb days I eat cheese, then on the high carb days keep the fat low so no cheese.

I've been doing EC stack about 7-8 times/week for roughly a year now (25 mg ephedrine from a 1000 bottle I ordered in the 90s and 200 mg caffeine pill). One before boot camp in the morning MWF, and 2-3/day on the weekends. I can't do it during the day at work or I can't focus.

I've lost some weight. Mostly on the weekends I just do it as an appetite suppressant and chore motivator. I haven't been able to work out much due to shoulder problems, so boot camp is generally my only exercise, maybe some hiking or bike riding on the weekend.

I don't recommend poker on it. I get instantly thrown into a blind rage by bad beats, even moreso than usual. Not good for the BR. And I'm a little bit worried about being completely unmotivated to do stuff on the weekends, and a lot hungrier, when I go off of it. Porn/sex was a lot of fun right at first, but that's worn off now.

Day 11 7/18/08

12pm Wake up Dose 1 (full 25mg E 200mg C stack)
Weigh in 181.00lbs

12:30pm Chest pain returns.
This was my last effort with this Pain comes seemingly every time after the dose. Can't with a good mind continue this regiment.

1pm Neck pain returns. I'm throwing in the towel on EC.

Fond farewell EC.

Final Recap of 11 day EC experiment
This stuff is just too intense for me. It will make you lose weight that is for sure. But at the cost of heart damage it just isn't worth it for me. I can see why people love this stuff but it also crystal clear why the FDA banned it. If you have any sort of heart condition or even just a weak heart (ie your super fat and your heart is stressed all the time) I would stay away from EC.

Granted it effects everyone differently, from my experience there are obvious signs for when its time to stop. If you start with a half dose and work your way up to a full dose your body will tell you if you can handle it.

In the end my body did not get along with this supplement. The best advice I have if you do try the EC is listen to your body.
