Ok I will keep my Diet very basic
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with a scoop of Protein Powder
Flas seed, TBSP Udo's Oil, Vitamin,Fish Oil Pill
Glass of Orange Juice (frozen concentrate)
Lunch:
Whole wheat bun with Roast beef and mustard and a Yogurt or
Tuna with cup rice and carrots
Dinner:
Chicken Breast or 8 oz Lean Steak
Steamed Vegetables
Potato
Snacks:
Apples, Yogurt, Fat Free Pretzels in Evening. Diet Coke one per day
Drink lots of water
Also I still have my morning coffe with sweetner and low fat cream
Any thougts or suggestions welcome. I will add a protein shake when my workouts become more intense
