Well I tried bumping mine from mid summer but it is gone. Back than I was 260 and was planning on getting to 235 in 12 weeks. I ended up at 245 and through out my back building my fence.

New Year New Goals. It has to be a must for me as I have high Cholesterol and Heart disease in family and my father died at 51. I posted a pic last time but have decided not to.

Age 43
Weight 250
Body Fat 30% (as per tanita scale)

Will add measurements later.

I purchased a concept 2 Rower just before Christams as I find it difficult to get to the Gym in the winter. Also can not bike as too cold and to much snow. Summer is easy as I bike and workout as it is light till 10 or 11 at night.

My Goals for the year

Weight by May 230 end of year 210
Body fat ?? Suggestions would be nice
Bike 200 km
Row 1,000,000 meters
Run a 5 KM
Mini Trathalon

Diet will post and bought a George Foreman G Grill Very nice unit

Ok I will keep my Diet very basic

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with a scoop of Protein Powder
Flas seed, TBSP Udo's Oil, Vitamin,Fish Oil Pill
Glass of Orange Juice (frozen concentrate)

Lunch:
Whole wheat bun with Roast beef and mustard and a Yogurt or
Tuna with cup rice and carrots

Dinner:
Chicken Breast or 8 oz Lean Steak
Steamed Vegetables
Potato

Snacks:
Apples, Yogurt, Fat Free Pretzels in Evening. Diet Coke one per day

Drink lots of water
Also I still have my morning coffe with sweetner and low fat cream


Any thougts or suggestions welcome. I will add a protein shake when my workouts become more intense
