We got there and there was a line down the block and around the corner, so we decided to go to another sandwich place we had heard about a few blocks away. Oh...My...God.... This place had the most delicious sandwiches I've ever seen. If you ordered a turkey sandwich they took A WHOLE ****ING TURKEY and sliced off some breast meat. I almost ordered the "Thanksgiving; turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc, all stuffed into a hero, but then I saw it "The Spicy Marvin" Bacon and Meatloaf? how could I turn it down? I feel like **** for eating it but it was SO good. Hopefully I over-estimated the calorie counts and amount of meat. I also wish I hadn't eaten those chips an hour ago. Gross.

Re: Tony's Weight Loss Thread

You have had 1 real good day, a ton of middle days where you still are eating crap but staying around calorie goal, and a couple disasters.

Gotta get some consistency, why not focus Mon to Fri and know ecxactly what your going eat going in so you dont "splurge" and loosen up on weekends. You gotta have a better plan than just "hopefully eat good throughout the day"

You need to start cooking for yourself, its the only way to be 100% sure you eat well.

Another example day from me that might show you a little more what I am talking about.

11am 5 Egg Whites 1 Whole Egg, 3 oz Turkey, 1 Slice Cheese 300 calories

1pm Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots in Cheese Sauce 220 Calories (prepackaged)

3pm 1 lg Iced Coffee 1 cream 3 splenda 100 calories

5pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1 slice of cheese, 1 lo carb wrap, Hot sauce, lite honey mustard 275 calories

6:30pm 2 oz turkey breast 60cal

Total so far 955 calories

Dinner Plans either going out to dinner with more than enough left to eat almost anything or.... 8 oz lamb, broccoli, 1 slice cheese 600 ish calories

and probably another couple ounces of turkey later on as a snack

Total 1600 - 2200 calories depending on final dinner decision

Plus 2 half hour cardio sessions on recumbent bike at 2nd highest setting, machine says I burn about 1600 calories which is probably quite high.

***

Not recommending this as I am doing a massive crunch to get to a goal within next 3 wks and I am really cutting back for a couple days and cutting back on carbs to get in a routine over next 3 weeks before I take a vacation. But only difference would be more ww bread and probably another 400-600calories throughout day depending on workout scheduled

Re: Tony's Weight Loss Thread

Friday, August 8, 2008

Didn’t record, but this was a healthy day. I had shredded wheat and blueberries for breakfast, a fresh turkey breast sandwich for lunch (nothing on it) and a salad of some sort for dinner.

Saturday, August 9, 2008

No idea. Nothing stands out in my mind, so I’m sure I didn’t eat any junk food or anything

Sunday, August 10, 2008

Chinese food for dinner. (Chicken with mixed veggies and white rice) I ate a lot of the rice to make sure I would be…uh…. “bound up” for my flight tomorrow. (Gross, I know)
