Background

Have gotten fat and lazy, right now 6' 210lbs.

Goals

Need to lose ~ 30 lbs, I'd like to get there by November 1.

Program

I've gotten my best previous results from Max - OT, so I'm going to be lifting 3-5 days/week on the Max-OT program. I've previously tried Starting Strength and some other linear programs, and I simply can't recover quickly enough.

I'm also going to be running Couch to 5k. This is my main initial goal, as my stamina has fallen to where I can hardly run 1 mile without being exhausted.
